Ayaz Bhanji, Principal of RE/MAX Commercial since 2005 and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Excellence since 2009, has over 10 years of business and real estate experience in the Edmonton area. Inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club in 2008, RE/MAX Platinum Club 2007, 2006 Ayaz prides himself on being on top of the market and in tune with the emerging trends. As the Broker of RE/MAX Excellence, Ayaz works hard to ensure that all RE/MAX Excellence Agents are also well informed and equipped to deliver the best service possible to our clients.
As a specialist in Business Brokerage and Investment Real Estate, Ayaz has helped his clients become successful through sound advice, skilled negotiation and years of experience. On a personal note, Ayaz participates in many charitable organizations and community events and volunteers a great deal of his time to various worthwhile causes. He has three children and loves to read books on history, play golf, hockey and volleyball.

Brandi Baldock, part of the RE/MAX Commercial Edmonton team, is a marketing and graphic design specialist with over 6 years of marketing, advertising and design experience.
Brandi holds her Graphic Communications degree from N.A.I.T, as well as her Advertising and Marketing degree from Grant McEwan College and is also working towards obtaining her Commercial Real Estate License this year.
With her passion and knowledge of the Commercial industry, Brandi is eager to apply her skills to make RE/MAX Commercial Edmonton, your number one Commercial Real Estate Firm.

Rahim Rahemtullah, part of the RE/MAX Commercial Edmonton team works closely with Ayaz Bhanji as our Sales and Marketing Assistant in the Business Brokerage Division.
Originally from Pakistan, Rahim holds his Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has excellent sales and marketing experience. Since joining our team, he has worked as an assistant on a variety of Business Brokerage transactions, and other commercial sales. Rahim is also working towards his Commercial Real Estate license and looks forward to his future with RE/MAX Commercial.
